Denny Knott-Fiddle, Mandolin, Banjo, Guitar and Vocals
Denny Knott was born in St. Louis, MO. He plays Fiddle, Guitar, Mandolin, Banjo and Vocals. Denny says that his talents are music and art(in that order). Denny has 30 years of professional music experience. He has worked with numerous bands throughout the years in St. Louis. He then moved to Albuquerque, NM and later to the Denver area. Between 1994 and 2000, Denny lived in Nashville and traveled the USA and Europe, performing with national acts, including: Wood Lee(ATLANTIC), M.C. Potts (BMG),Joe Nichols (INTRASOUND), and Trace Atkins (CAPITAL). Denny also has played as a Nashville session player for Warner Chapell. But now he is back in Denver where he has the good fortune of living close to his beautiful 21 year old daughter and playing with Kelly J. Denny's Favorites: FOOD: Mexican MOVIE: Blazing Saddles DRINK: All of Colorado's finest Micro-brews PASTIMES: Playing fiddle while eating mexican food, drinking a micro-brew and watching Blazing Saddles all at the same time. Denny says that his most fun but stressful experience was playing on T.V.--The Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Theatre and TNN's Prime Time Country Shows. The worst experience in Denny's life was almost dying in a tour bus three times. In 1991 Tim moved to Denver, Colorado and joined an Artist by the name of Rikki Thomas and produced his first record while recording a live concert for KRMT, this concert was aired on public TV for two month's. Shortly after that, Tim put together and managed a group called Coda featuring Chad Steel on vocals. This group produced a record and opened up for two summer series at the Grizzly Rose for Pat Bentar, Reo Speedwagon, Ronnie James Dio, Starship, The Tubes and more. This group as an original line up worked in the hottest Denver clubs for five years and then respectfully went their separate ways. In 2000 Tim took on some new exiting endeavors where he was approached to play in a country band named Rough stock. This group opened up for numerous acts, like Sawyer Brown, Chris Ledoux, Rascal Flats, Warren Brothers and more. While Tim was performing with Rough stock, the group was approached by the Johnson family and Kelly J showed up on the scene. With Kelly J. on the bill the group wound up in Las Vegas playing some of the Nations Biggest halls, Gilles and The MGM Grand. During this time Tim was also offered an opportunity to play with Reba McIntyre which was short lived due to Reba's new TV Show. Since then Tim has started his own music company called LocalSoundsOnline.com where he develops local artists while producing national acts in hopes to find and raise up the next rising star. Tim is currently managing acts as well like Abby Joy Hammes and Kevin Grey. Tim's Company LocalSoundsOnline has produced concerts for numerous national acts like, Flava Flav, Tec 9ine, Tyrese Gibson and more..Tim's favorite bands are Journey, Tim Mcgraw and Kenny Chesney. Tim's Influences are Steve Smith and Bryan Duncan. Tim also enjoys praise music and Christian rock. Tim's favorite Drum set is the Yamaha recording custom with Zildian K series cymbals. Tim is happily married with five beautifil children. Alec 8, Joshua 2, Kyrie' 1, and his recent twins born on January 29th, 2010 Isabelle Victoria 4 lbs 15 oz and Eliana Reid 4lbs 8 oz. Tim's dream is to work fluently in the music industry and is currently living that dream! ![]() Robyn Yamada-Keys and VocalsRobyn Yamada has been playing keyboard instruments since the age of six. Her training is a combination of classical, jazz and pop. She has many years experience playing jazz standards in piano bars in the ski resorts of Colorado and at many of the fine restaurants and clubs up and down the Front Range. Robyn is equally at home playing jazz and classical on a full-sized grand piano, playing honky-tonk / barrelhouse /stride-key on an old upright, and creating Eurotrash synthpop on a Korg Triton.
